The iKAN hkafo is a brand new fully adjustable brace which has many uses from healthcare professionals in rehabilitation centres or hospitals to physios and parents in schools or homes. With it's easy to adjust setting, the iKAN can be used as a standing frame or a walker depending on the user's condition. The height and width of the brace can be adjusted, alongside sandals, and hips,knees and ankles, and he top brace is retractable. We ask you to check this measurements before purchase to ensure it will fit user. Measurement is taken with shoes on from sole of shoe to just under the user armpits whilst they are standing fully upright.

Every iKAN brace comes with a 28 day 'no questions' return policy. We will refund the entire cost aslong as it is returned in this time period in the original packaging and undamaged. In effect you have a 28 day trial period! To add to this, every iKAN brace comes with a 2 year warranty period and the comfort our our after care service for customer care advice from ourselves, which includes the offer of 6 monthly reviews, adjustments and video analysis.

All our products have a 2 year manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship or defective/faulty parts. We will offer a 'like for like' exchange in the rare likelihood this event will occur, or alternatively we will offer a full refund of monies paid, whichever the consumer prefers.
Our refund policy is 28 days on the iKAN hkafo. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent tracked via a reputable courier.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
